Dr. Swiney also works with an organization in doing Veteran's Disability exams on her days off. If you are a veteran and are concerned that the office is 'closed' on the day your appointment is scheduled, it is only closed for regular patients and she will see you at the specified time and date. If you have questions, contact VES- Veterans Evaluation Services.

DIRECT PRIMARY CARE

DirectCare Family Health is a Family Medicine Physician's office offering healthcare in a new but familiar way.

We want to work with you on being seen when it is convenient for you- evening hours are available.

Most importantly, we provide care 24/7 by phone or text as well as can meet you at the office if needed!

Insight to Direct Primary Care:

Insurance will not be accepted except for traditional Medicare plans - patients pay a monthly fee for care which includes all in-office visits as well as phone calls, e-mails and text messaging.
Testing such as EKG's or Pap smears are included in the subscription fee as well as procedures such as laceration repair, skin biopsy, etc. Any necessary labwork is done at wholesale pricing.
Direct Primary Care allows us to devote more time with you discussing your healthcare concerns and working together to address them.
DirectCare Family Health will see patients of all ages and emphasize routine visits to keep you as healthy as possible. Annual wellness exams are included in the subscription and we want to help you prevent illness. Sports and school physicals are also provided annually.
Patients diagnosed with High Blood Pressure, Diabetes or other chronic conditions but can't afford frequent co-pays to see your physician regularly:
- We will monitor your chronic disease and prevent more expensive hospitalizations.
Employers- DirectCare can work with you to provide cost effective healthcare to improve your employee's health and favorably impact your business overhead.

Direct Primary Care is not insurance- and we encourage our patients to have insurance such as a high deductible plan for catastrophic illnesses or more advanced diagnostic procedures or specialist's care.
Most will find that the yearly cost of our care is less expensive than the monthly fee for premium health insurance.
