SUBOXONE TREATMENT
Our clinic restricts our treatment panel to a limited number of pre-qualified patients. This program accepts only patients who are serious about overcoming opiate addiction.

Our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is done as a Direct Primary Care Office and follows the American Society of Addiction Medicine treatment guidelines. You will be expected to pay monthly based on your level of service. Your monthly fee will provide medical care as well as medical oversight and prescriptions for treatment of opioid addiction. We do not bill private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, in order to keep your costs low and minimize overhead. Initial and follow up blood work will be done at your cost and can be done through this office at our office pricing. If you wish to use your insurance for lab work, we will provide you with the orders to take to a lab facility. If the tests have been done within the past 2 months, those results can be brought in and you will not need to be retested.
DirectCare Family Health does not directly provide counseling. Patients are required to participate in outside counseling programs. We can and will provide a list of local addiction counseling services. |
